. . .large, comfy seating; a dim interior; lots of steak and seafood; and excellent service. Even though I was a single diner, Lisa, my server, took the time to stop regularly at my table to make sure I was happy with everything and that my tea glass was full.
This is a fine dining establishment, as others have stated, but it does have a very affordable early-bird menu and a selection of casual dining entrees. There’s also a kids’ menu. I ordered one of the casual options–a cheeseburger with French fries. I have to say, the burger meat was very tasty, the bun was nice and fresh tasting, and the French fries were delicious.
When I asked about dessert, Lisa brought out a tray of great-looking choices, including key lime pie, cheesecake, a huge piece of chocolate cake, etc. I chose the chocolate mousse, which was excellent. It was also very filling (but still light), with plenty of chocolate flavor.
I was the first patron in the door, which was a little intimidating and made me question my choice, but my fears were unfounded. The food was very good, and I’ll be back for more
