For almost 40 years, the Boars Head Restaurant has been a staple here on Panama City Beach. Our Casual Fine Dining cuisine caters to all who visit our beach. From the freshest seafood to exquisite multi-course dinners, we strive to bring you the best flavor offered in the Northwest Florida Panhandle.

We are Conveniently located near Pier Park, within walking distance of the Sandpiper Beacon Resort, and only 10 miles south of the NW Fl. Airport.



Now in our 39th year, we have always emphasized using only the freshest, highest quality food products available. Our motto has been “good food, simply prepared”. We want to impress you with the quality of our food, not complicated recipes full of everything you never heard of. Over the course of three decades, locals and visitors alike have learned that we are an equally good steakhouse or seafood restaurant which consistently serves their favorite dishes exactly the same every time they return. 

​Fried Lobster has been a signature item here for years, available as an appetizer or entrée. The Venison and Quail is equally popular year round. We offer several amazing appetizers and sumptuous salads. Good luck saving room for dessert The Boar’s Head offers a full bar. A Children’s menu is available. We are recommended by Mobil, and we are a Florida Trend Top 500 Restaurant. We frequently offer Early-bird specials from 4:30 ‘til 6PM.

We have our fish delivered whole everyday and fillet them on premises to assure  that you are getting the freshest seafood that we can find. One of our most popular dishes at The Boar's Head Restaurant & Tavern is the "Fresh Florida Grouper or Scamp". The filet is char-grilled and topped with our signature Onion-Lime Butter and finished with fresh scallions. If you live on the Gulf Coast you probably already know how wonderful this simple presentation of  really fresh can be. If you are a visitor to the area  then you've probably heard that  these fish are something that you must try.
